Job summary

Black & Grey HR, in partnership with a leading UAE contractor, is recruiting an experienced DLP Supervisor – Civil to oversee post-handover defect resolution and finish works across sites in Dubai and the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have 10–20 years in civil construction with hands-on experience identifying, coordinating, and closing defects while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will lead defect rectification, inspections, and progress reporting throughout the DLP period.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of experience in civil construction or DLP operations.
• Strong knowledge of civil works and safety practices.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily civil repair and defect rectification during the DLP.
• Inspect sites for civil and finishing defects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering teams.
• Supervise waterproofing, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, and finishes.
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and project specs.
• Maintain defect trackers and completion records.
• Close out defects with follow-up inspections.
• Manage manpower deployment and productivity.
• Prepare progress updates on DLP works.
