Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks a Specialist Civil Engineer responsible for technical assurance and compliance of the CONTRACTOR with the COMPANY discipline scope, codes and standards. You will review and approve discipline deliverables, participate in progress meetings, and support QA across FEED/EPC phases.

Coordinate with Owner, EPC/FEED Contractor and Vendors, oversee document control, site inspections, and ensure quality and traceability of handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; 15+ years experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical project role.
• ADNOC & Offshore project experience required/advantageous.
• PMC experience required.
• Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and ensure integrity of project documentation.
• Review and approve Contractor deliverables within approved durations and codes.
• Attend technical meetings with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors.
• Coordinate interfaces among EPC/FEED Contractor, Owner and third parties.
• Ensure project quality procedures are established and followed.
