Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior Project Manager with extensive Oil & Gas/ petrochemical EPC/FEED experience. You will champion safety, manage interfaces between the Owner, EPC/FEED contractor and vendors, and lead technical reviews to ensure design integrity and project performance.

The role requires offshore project experience, ADNOC familiarity, and a track record of delivering large-scale projects in the GCC region, including PMC responsibilities and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar role on international major projects (preferred).
• Experience in FEED & EPC environments is required.
• Must have ADNOC project experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
• Identify and resolve PM issues during early work, FEED and EPC phases.
• Resolve Electrical Engineering issues and coordinate with Owner and Contractor.
• Coordinate activities with EPC/FEED contractors and third parties.
• Review and approve contractor deliverables and design documents.
• Attend technical meetings with Owner, Licensor, Contractor and Vendors.
