Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior EPC/FEED Contract Manager to lead contract administration for major oil, gas and petrochemical projects in Abu Dhabi. You will drive compliance with safety, commercial processes and project execution strategies.

With 15+ years in Oil & Gas, FEED/EPC exposure and PMC experience, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, review contracts, manage changes, and safeguard owner interests while delivering on-time, within budget and to high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university; 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• At least 5 years in a similar role on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Experience in FEED & EPC and PMC roles.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviours and engagement activities.
• Complies with company policies and procurement processes; manages contracts and procurement activities.
• Review EPC/FEED contracts, baseline, requirements and management documents.
• Coordinate kick-off meetings and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
• Monitor and review insurance certificates, performance/bank guarantees, and contract close-out procedures.
• Manage change control: Change Orders, Variations, Amendments; ensure project records management.
