The Role: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for a strategic infrastructure project based in Ras Al Khaimah, with a focus on the RAKEZ industrial zones. This role will involve hands-on project management, technical oversight, and close coordination with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project and timely approvals. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering activities related to the assigned project within RAKEZ industrial zones.
• Liaise effectively with RAKEZ authorities, government departments, and relevant stakeholders to obtain required permits and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards.
• Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and address engineering issues promptly.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Review and validate technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Support in resolving technical and site-related challenges during project execution.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for management and authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in civil works, particularly within RAKEZ (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone) or similar regulatory environments in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, stakeholder management, and authority approval processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English and Arabic preferred).
• Familiarity with Ras Al Khaimah regulations is essential.
