Job summary

ELVN Interiors is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead our fit-out and renovation projects in Dubai, from kickoff to handover. You will coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site foremen to keep programs on track and ensure on-time delivery with quality and snagging completed.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach in client meetings, and familiarity with local authority approvals. AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera experience is highly valued for successful project execution on

WE'RE HIRING: Civil Engineer: Fit-Out & Renovations (Dubai)

ELVN Interiors is growing, and we're looking for a Civil Engineer with experience to join our team and lead our fit-out and renovation projects from the ground up.

We're a lean, fast moving business in the luxury fit-out space, and we're building a small team of people who take ownership, communicate confidently with clients, and care about getting the details right on site.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing fit-out and renovation projects end to end, from kickoff to handover
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and site foremen to keep programs on track
• Tracking project timelines, budgets, and quality/snagging through to completion
• Liaising with relevant authorities on approvals as needed (e.g. Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Nakheel)

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in fit-out, interior, or renovation projects in the UAE
• Strong communication skills and comfortable attending client meetings and site catch ups, not just managing the build
• Working knowledge of local authority approval processes
• Proficiency with MS Project/Primavera and AutoCAD
• UAE driving licence preferred
• DM registration (or willingness to work toward it) is a strong plus, this is a role with real room to grow into owning approvals in house
