Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Dubai is seeking a Senior Planner to oversee project cost control for solar PV initiatives. You will develop cost baselines, create WBS, and monitor expenditures against the budget to support timely delivery.

Responsibilities include tracking cash flow, producing EAC updates, reporting progress, and identifying critical path delays. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure schedule accuracy and cost efficiency on utility-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 15+ years of planning and scheduling experience, with ≥2 years in utility-scale Solar PV projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project cost baselines and WBS.
• Track daily expenditures, material costs, and labor against the budget.
• Generate monthly cost reports, cash flow projections and EAC updates.
• Update project progress; compare actual site milestones to the baseline.
• Identify critical path delays and drive recovery plans with project teams.
• Maintain project cost efficiency and schedule accuracy.
