Job summary

LT-Larsen & Toubro in Abu Dhabi seeks a Planning Engineer to manage master schedules, track progress, and control costs for utility-scale Solar PV projects. You will coordinate site execution, procurement, and leadership to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will develop Level 3/4 schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, analyze CPM, S-Curves, and EVM metrics, and deliver clear dashboards for stakeholders weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• PM certification (PMP / PMI-SP) is a major asset.
• 6+ years planning and scheduling experience, with at least 2 years in utility-scale Solar PV.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain master schedules (Level 3/4) using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Track S-Curves, EVM, SV, and progress metrics.
• Perform CPM analysis and propose mitigation for bottlenecks.
• Prepare executive dashboards and progress reports for leadership and clients.
