Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an Engineering Manager (Civil/Structural) to review and execute civil/structural engineering for Solar PV power plants. You will lead a design team, coordinate with Electrical, Instrumentation, and MEP departments, and support site execution from pre-bid to commissioning.

The role requires overseeing BIM 3D modeling, managing budgets, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining high engineering quality. Experience in solar PV projects is essential.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering required.
• 10–12 years experience in Solar PV power plants / power distribution projects.

Responsibilities

• Timely delivery of engineering drawings and documents.
• Review of design and sizing calculations for civil/structural components.
• Coordinate with inter-department checks across Electrical, I&C, MEP and others.
• Lead a team of design engineers and draughtsmen within budget and schedule.
• Provide support to site execution teams and vendor evaluations.
