The position collaborates with Acquisition Head and branch staff to source and convert Citigold prospects, including offshore options, while meeting monthly sales targets and maintaining KYC standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience preferably in Direct Sales within the financial services industry.
• Experience in acquiring high-net-worth clients (Priority Banking / SME Banking) or investment products is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solicit new-to-bank Citigold customers through internal and external channels.
• Assist clients in opening Citigold accounts in UAE or offshore locations as per client preference.
• Promote referrals to generate a pipeline of Citigold prospects and upgrade Citiblue clients to Citigold.
• Convert leads from telesales and other channels into funded Citigold accounts.
• Deliver on scorecard parameters for NTB acquisition and client penetration.
