Job summary

Citi in the United Arab Emirates seeks a sales-focused professional to onboard Citigold and Citigold Private clients and achieve monthly targets. You will identify upgrading Citiblue clients, expand high-net-worth relationships, and leverage internal and external channels to grow Citigold assets.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through Citigold account openings in UAE or offshore locations, promoting referrals, and deepening relationships with payroll and investment clients while

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Citi Retail Bank’s structure, strategy, product suite and target market.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of Citi Risk and KYC policies and practices.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of credit skills and Early Warning Detection.
• Ability to learn quickly about new products and services within the bank.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Citigold & Citigold Private clients and meet monthly sales targets.
• Upgrade Citiblue clients to Citigold by upsizing funding.
• Identify and solicit new-to-bank Citigold customers through internal and external channels.
• Assist clients in opening Citigold accounts in UAE or offshore locations (Singapore).
• Promote referrals to build a pipeline of Citigold prospects.
