Job summary

Citi UAE Retail Banking is seeking a results-driven sales professional to acquire Citigold and Citiblue clients. The role focuses on expanding the high-net-worth client base, driving funded accounts, and meeting monthly sales targets.

You will work with Acquisition Head and Branch Banking staff to identify opportunities and convert referrals. Responsibilities include opening Citigold accounts in UAE or offshore locations, managing a robust pipeline, and ensuring compliance with Citi policies.

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities with branches and call center teams.
• Clear communication skills for customer engagement and internal reporting.
• Foundational knowledge of Citi Risk and KYC policies and practices.
• Understanding of basic commercial credit concepts and risk considerations.
• Familiarity with Citi Retail Bank products and target market.
• Ability to manage relationships and build networks with high-net-worth clients.
• Ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks under sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire Citigold NTB customers and refer Citiblue clients for upgrade.
• Solicit new-to-bank Citigold clients through internal and external channels.
• Assist clients in opening Citigold accounts in UAE or offshore locations as per preference.
• Promote referrals to build a pipeline of Citigold prospects.
• Upgrade Citiblue relationships by upsizing funding and deepening relationships.
• Convert leads from various channels into funded Citigold accounts.
• Engage with high payroll clients to convert to funded Citigold status.
• Ensure complete KYC details are updated for originated accounts.
• Deliver compliant, best-in-class customer service and meet scorecard targets.
