Responsibilities

• Analyzes performance data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of opportunity, optimizing team effectiveness.
• Acts as a liaison between DSRs and other departments, ensuring a unified approach to driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in using reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) to create actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Regularly updates stakeholders on team performance, challenges, and strategic adjustments.
