Job summary

Adidas in the UAE is seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Leader to drive profitable growth across the CIS market, overseeing Wholesale Key Accounts, Brick & Mortar and DPC channels. You will shape strategy, set ambitious targets and lead a high-performance team to achieve sustainable, profitable results.

You will review plans, enforce adidas standards, and nurture critical customer relationships while collaborating with global and market stakeholders to deliver market priorities and growth

Qualifications

• Senior sales leader with proven track record across Wholesale KA, B&M and/or DPC businesses.
• Strong analytical skills for strategy development and planning.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship management abilities.
• High degree of commercial and business acumen in sales, trade marketing, finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the CIS sales strategy across Wholesale KA, B&M and DPC based on Global and Market priorities.
• Deliver net sales and margin results by setting targets, tracking performance and managing risks.
• Enforce adidas trade terms and standards across the CIS channels.
• Oversee cross-channel execution for CIS market with consistent marketplace planning and sell-through focus.
• Lead the team, measure progress with defined KPIs and nurture key relationships with customers.
