Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs with a warm, brand-aligned manner.
• Answer guest queries about promotions, prices, activities and local events.
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Identify corporate leads and nurture relationships.
• Drive online mentions and collect guest feedback for improvements.
• Maintain reception area and communicate with other departments on guest requests and issues.
• Ensure payments comply with cash procedures and recordkeeping.
