Job summary

Johnson Controls in Dubai is seeking a hands-on chiller specialist to review alarms, validate equipment condition, coordinate follow-up with field teams, and identify service opportunities across the connected chiller portfolio.

You will work with field teams, remote operations, and sales to diagnose issues, prepare technical recommendations, and drive actions through to closure, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Diploma, associate degree, or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, HVAC, or a related technical discipline.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to explain technical findings to field teams and customers.
Typically 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience, with exposure to chillers and related systems.

Responsibilities

Review alarms across the chiller portfolio and prioritize actions.
Validate equipment condition and coordinate follow-up with field teams.
Prepare technical recommendations including corrective actions and parts.
Support the commercial cycle by clarifying scope and handing work to operations.
Build knowledge base of recurring faults and validated alarm signatures.
