Job summary

Noble Life in Dubai seeks a Head of Performance Marketing (CMO-level) to lead our growth engine across paid, SEO, content, PR, and brand. You will centralize external agencies, design a data-driven strategy, manage budgets, and build an in-house team, reporting to the CEO as a strategic partner.

Based in Dubai, UAE, on-site. This role will shape long-term marketing planning and drive measurable business outcomes as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Senior marketing leader at the level of Head of Marketing / Head of Growth / CMO.
• Proven experience leading marketing or growth functions in marketplaces or complex B2C / B2B2C products with clear unit economics.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROMI, and channel efficiency.
• Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and coordinating multiple agencies simultaneously.
• Ability to challenge agencies and make decisions grounded in data.
• Broad marketing expertise across paid acquisition, SEO, content, PR, brand, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience building or strong motivation to build and lead an internal marketing team.
• Strong ownership mindset and focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Based in or ready to relocate to the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of marketing performance and growth targets.
• Centralize and manage external agencies across performance marketing, SEO, content, PR, and brand.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own marketing budgets, channel prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Define KPIs for agencies, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions on scaling and optimization.
• Design and build the internal marketing team structure and hiring roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team as a strategic partner in business growth.
