Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen relationships with senior clients across major accounts.
• Lead performance marketing strategy across paid search, social and other digital channels.
• Provide direction to Performance Media Managers and specialists.
• Act as escalation point for complex client and delivery challenges.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business.
• Contribute to pitches, strategic proposals and client presentations.
• Improve processes and overall quality of client delivery.
• Mentor and develop high-performing performance marketing teams.
• Collaborate with agency leadership on commercial and strategic initiatives.
