Job summary

Independent Food Company seeks an accomplished Human Resources Director to define and execute the people strategy across regional units. You will partner with the COO and executives to build a scalable organization, lead talent strategy, governance, and HR operations while ensuring legal compliance.

As an Executive team member, you will drive organizational effectiveness, total rewards, Emiratization, and leadership development to support rapid regional and international growth.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with strategic focus.
• Experience in multi-brand, multi-entity organisations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the people strategy in line with business objectives.
• Lead organizational transformation and change management across geographies.
• Oversee organizational design, workforce planning and governance.
• Drive total rewards, succession planning, and executive development.
• Partner with executive leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and UAE labour law adherence.
