Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a Group HR Director to lead the people strategy across its portfolio, with emphasis on transforming HR from an operational function to a strategic, data-driven partner. You will work with the Group CEO and executive team to shape leadership capability, organisation design and workforce planning across UAE and KSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or related discipline.
• Master’s Degree / MBA is highly desirable.
• Professional qualification: CIPD, SHRM or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the Group's People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Act as strategic advisor to the Group CEO, shareholders and Executive Leadership Team.
• Lead transformation of HR function into a strategic, data-driven partner.
• Build scalable HR infrastructure across multiple entities and markets.
• Lead HR governance, policies, and standards with cross-business flexibility.
• Oversee organisation design, workforce planning and restructures as needed.
• Drive executive recruitment, succession planning and leadership development.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for workforce productivity and costs.
