Job summary

Cooper Fitch is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client based in Dubai for a Regional Head of HR. The role is strategic and hands-on, leading people strategy and scaling the HR function to support rapid growth across multiple regions.

You will drive the HR roadmap, oversee compensation and benefits, talent management, and learning and development, and ensure governance and compliance across international markets while building a high-performing UAE and international HR team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in Human Resources.
• Regional HR leadership experience, GCC experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build and scale HR functions in fast-growing businesses.
• Track record in organisational transformation.
