Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• A master's degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term organizational goals.
• Lead talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, recruitment, and selection processes.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job analysis, sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding.
• Advise senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
• Establish and oversee performance management, employee engagement, retention, and career development programs.
• Develop compensation, benefits, rewards, and recognition strategies to attract and retain employees.
• Lead, mentor, and develop HR teams and talent acquisition professionals.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, workforce costs, employee turnover, and HR performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, immigration requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee HR policies, handbooks, contracts, and personnel documentation.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and positive workplace culture.
• Identify skills gaps and implement training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage HR budgets, recruitment costs, and external recruitment agency relationships.
• Implement HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, and data-driven processes to improve efficiency.
• Prepare workforce reports, analyze HR performance, and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
