Mintlayer is seeking a Head of HR to build and lead the people function in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will design the compensation architecture, onboarding programs, and performance criteria while shaping a scalable hiring framework across crypto-native and institutional markets.

You will manage UAE employment contracts and cross-border contractor structures, partner with leaders on workforce planning, and report on headcount health as the company accelerates toward a 2026 roadmap milestone.

Formación

• 8+ years HR leadership in tech or fintech startups.
• Experience building people functions from 20 to 100+ headcount.
• Familiarity with UAE employment law and cross-border contractor structures.
• Strong EQ to work across Bitcoin builders, TradFi executives, and DAO architects.

Responsabilidades

• Build Mintlayer's full hiring infrastructure, including ATS, sourcing strategy, interview frameworks, offers, and onboarding programs.
• Design compensation and leveling frameworks aligned to Abu Dhabi market rates and global remote benchmarks with ML token allocation and vesting structures.
• Shape Mintlayer's employer brand across crypto-native and institutional finance talent markets.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: UAE employment contracts, cross-border contractor agreements, performance reviews, and promotion criteria.
• Build and maintain HR policies across UAE, EU, and distributed contractor geographies.
• Partner with department heads on workforce planning tied to 2026 roadmap milestones.
• Report to the CEO on headcount progression, attrition risk, and organizational health as the company scales.
