Job summary

Mintlayer in Dubai seeks a Solutions Architect to bridge engineering and global customers, handling complex quotations, integration plans, and SDK examples.

Based in our Dubai hub, you will oversee technical support, develop Gold Standard code samples, and advocate for customer-requested features with product and AI teams.

You will represent Mintlayer at conferences and workshops, with flexible on-site, hybrid and remote roles and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Go, JavaScript and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record in technical sales, solutions engineering, or similar role managing high-value client relationships.
• Experience in resource estimation and creating detailed technical quotations for enterprise-scale projects.
• Ability to diagnose a customer's integration issue and provide a working code example or architectural fix.

Responsibilities

• Design migration or launch strategy with enterprise clients for MWS Quotations.
• Provide accurate resource estimates and project quotations for the sales process.
• Lead creation of technical documentation SDK guides and best-practice code examples.
• Oversee high-level technical support and act as escalation point for complex tickets.
• Collaborate with Product and AI teams to advocate for requested features.
• Represent Mintlayer at technical conferences and workshops in the MENA region and globally.
