ELE Interior Design in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead growth and brand building for premium luxury design services. You will set and execute strategic plans, manage a high-performance team, drive revenue, and oversee CRM, campaigns, SEO, and partnerships.

The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication across design, delivery, and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to proposals and closure
SuperviseCRM systems, sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns and optimize ROI
Manage SEO and paid campaigns to generate qualified leads
Oversee email marketing and CRM workflows
Lead and mentor Sales and Marketing team and coordinate with design/project teams
