Job summary

Infinite People, a Dubai-based experiential events partner, seeks a Chief Growth Officer to shape the commercial function and drive regional expansion across UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will own the full revenue lifecycle from marketing to sponsorship, building senior client relationships and guiding pricing and P&L performance.

This founder-led role requires GCC procurement insight, and willingness to relocate to the UAE if needed.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leader with full P&L accountability and board exposure.
• Proven track record winning complex enterprise business and growing strategic accounts.
• Experience building or transforming a commercial function while developing talent.
• Arabic fluency and UAE/Saudi government relationship experience is a plus.

Job description

We are partnering with an established experiential events agency to appoint a Chief Growth Officer. This is a confidential search for a newly created executive role, with a mandate to shape the commercial function and lead the next phase of regional growth.

The opportunity

You will own the full revenue lifecycle across marketing, business development, account management, sponsorship, strategy and pitch. Working alongside operations and finance leadership, you will diversify revenue, deepen senior client relationships and accelerate growth across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

What we’re looking for

• Senior commercial leadership experience with full P&L accountability and board‑level exposure.
• A proven record of winning complex enterprise business and growing strategic accounts
• Experience building or transforming a commercial function while developing existing talent.
• GCC market experience and a strong understanding of government procurement.
• The credibility, emotional intelligence and collaborative approach to thrive in a founder‑led business.

Experience in events, experiential marketing or MICE is highly desirable. Arabic fluency and established UAE or Saudi government relationships would be an advantage. Candidates should be based in, or willing to relocate to, the UAE and available to travel across the GCC.
