Zusammenfassung

WTS Energy in the UAE seeks an experienced Lead Estimator to steer estimation and tendering for major EPC projects in Oil & Gas. You will manage bid strategy, pricing, and risk assessments across multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in EPC estimation, GCC O&G experience, and proven leadership to mentor estimation engineers while coordinating ITT reviews and vendor quotes.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
15+ years EPC estimation experience.
GCC Oil & Gas experience preferred.
Experience handling EPC tenders above USD 100M.
Strong commercial and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

Lead complete tendering and estimation process.
Review ITTs, FEED packages, drawings and specifications.
Develop BOQs, MTOs, cost estimates and bid strategies.
Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction inputs.
Review vendor and subcontractor quotations.
Lead risk reviews, value engineering and management presentations.
Mentor and manage estimation engineers.

Job Purpose

Lead estimation and tendering activities for major EPC projects, manage bid preparation, pricing strategy, risk assessment and multidisciplinary estimation teams.

Requirements
