Job summary

WTS Energy is seeking a senior Estimation & Tendering Lead for major EPC projects in the UAE. You will lead the complete tendering and estimation process, review ITTs and FEED packages, and coordinate inputs across engineering, procurement, and construction to deliver competitive bids.

The role requires 15+ years of EPC estimation experience, GCC oil & gas exposure, and a track record handling tenders above USD 100M. Strong leadership and commercial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
15+ years EPC estimation experience.
GCC Oil & Gas experience preferred.
Experience handling EPC tenders above USD 100M.

Responsibilities

Lead complete tendering and estimation process.
Review ITTs, FEED packages, drawings and specifications.
Develop BOQs, MTOs, cost estimates and bid strategies.
Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction inputs.
Review vendor and subcontractor quotations.
Lead risk reviews, value engineering and management presentations.
Mentor and manage estimation engineers.
