Job summary

WTS Energy in the UAE seeks an experienced Lead Estimator to steer estimation and tendering for major EPC projects in Oil & Gas. You will manage bid strategy, pricing, and risk assessments across multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in EPC estimation, GCC O&G experience, and proven leadership to mentor estimation engineers while coordinating ITT reviews and vendor quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
• 15+ years EPC estimation experience.
• GCC Oil & Gas experience preferred.
• Experience handling EPC tenders above USD 100M.
• Strong commercial and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete tendering and estimation process.
• Review ITTs, FEED packages, drawings and specifications.
• Develop BOQs, MTOs, cost estimates and bid strategies.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction inputs.
• Review vendor and subcontractor quotations.
• Lead risk reviews, value engineering and management presentations.
• Mentor and manage estimation engineers.
