Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking a Lead Estimation Engineer in Abu Dhabi to guide the estimation function for large-scale EPC projects across Oil & Gas, Civil, Marine, Power, and Plant sectors. You will lead a team of estimators, collaborate with project stakeholders, and drive cost accuracy and competitive bid strategies.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of experience in EPC cost estimation, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of risk management and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Professional certifications such as AACE or RICS are highly preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in project estimation for large-scale EPC projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preparation of conceptual, preliminary, and detailed cost estimates for major EPC projects.
• Review specifications, drawings, BOQs, and scope to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Manage estimation team and allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and contingency planning.
• Support tender submissions and client engagements with clear, data-driven proposals.
• Maintain estimation databases and provide regular progress reports to management.
