Job summary
Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our Dubai kitchen team. You will prepare food to guest orders, set up stations for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and ensure production standards and food safety are met.
The role requires leadership to train and supervise kitchen staff, operate and sanitize equipment, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with flexible hours. Competitive compensation and benefits are included.
Qualifications
- Minimum four years culinary or related work experience.
- Cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Proficiency in English and high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to guest orders and recipes.
- Set up station for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service.
- Train, motivate and supervise kitchen staff to meet standards.
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment and maintain safety.
