Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hotel/restaurant environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury hotel/brand is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass and silver from service.
• Provide an expertly served dining experience by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.
