Job summary

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie to join our luxury kitchen. You will write requisitions, prepare dishes per recipes, and maintain high standards in daily food preparation. You’ll organise mise-en-place, uphold hygiene, and work with the team to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification from an accredited Culinary School.
• 1–2 years of experience in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Write daily requisitions for wine, dry store, food and kitchen transfers with approvals.
• Follow recipes with specified portion sizes and quality.
• Ensure high standards and up-to-date cooking techniques.
• Organize mise-en-place and shifts with the Chef de Partie.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen team for efficient service.
• Complete daily checklists for mise-en-place and storage.
• Attend daily briefings and liaise on daily requirements.
