Job summary

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Chef De Partie to support the luxury kitchen brigade. You will contribute to high-quality culinary outputs, ensuring consistency and adherence to the brand’s standards in a premium environment.

Ideal candidates have a Culinary Arts degree and 0–1 year of kitchen experience within luxury hospitality. The role offers training, career development and a competitive, tax-free salary in UAE dirhams.

Qualifications

• College Degree in Culinary Arts or similar from an accredited Culinary School.
• 0-1 year of experience in a range of kitchen areas; ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to the required standard and quality.
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and maintain hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Support in maintaining kitchen inventory and adherence to SOPs.
