Job summary

Shangri-La Group Abu Dhabi invites applications for a Chef De Partie to oversee a kitchen section and ensure dishes meet the highest standards. You will manage daily mise-en-place and maintain consistency in taste, presentation and quality.

Strong culinary knowledge and proficient cooking techniques in the assigned section.
Excellent understanding of food safety hygiene standards and HACCP practices.
Competency in portion control presentation standards and recipe adherence.
Flexible and adaptable to changing operational requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all tasks within kitchen section.
Prepare cook and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
Maintain strict hygiene sanitation and food safety practices in line with HACCP requirements.
Train mentor and guide commis chefs to enhance their skills and performance.
