AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in the UAE. You will report punctually, organize mise-en-place, and supervise Commis Chefs while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

You will train colleagues, manage portion control, and ensure cleanliness and safety. Strong teamwork and English fluency are essential for success in this fast-paced role within a prestigious hospitality group.

Formación

• Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie with increasing responsibility.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Capable of taking responsibility for service during key periods.

Responsabilidades

• Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badges at all times.
• Organize shifting in the section with regard to mise-en-place production and its service.
• Give tasks to Commis Chefs and check that they are carried out correctly.
• Maintain good colleague relations and motivate colleagues.
• Ensure training on a one-to-one basis has been carried out and comprehended.
• Check daily food preparation regarding portion size, quantity and quality.
• Complete the daily Mise-en-place and food storage checklist.
• Report machinery issues to the Sous Chef and ensure follow-up actions.
• Keep the section clean and tidy.
• Pass information to the next shift.
• Record accidents and sickness in the log book and inform the Sous Chef.
• Check Commis Chefs on hygiene in their section.
• Assist the Sous Chef in creating new recipes and menu ideas.
• Adhere to company policies on fire, hygiene and safety.
