Job summary

Minor Hotels, part of Minor International, is seeking a Chef de Partie for on-site operations in Dubai. You will manage a designated kitchen section, ensure dishes meet brand and quality standards, and support senior chefs to maintain smooth service in a high-end environment.

The role requires previous Chef de Partie or Demi Chef experience in 4- or 5-star hotels or quality restaurants, culinary qualifications preferred; strong hygiene, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a 4- or 5-star hotel or quality restaurant.
• Culinary qualification or relevant professional training preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP and high standards of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to approved recipes and standards.
• Manage daily operation of the assigned kitchen section.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Maintain hygiene and kitchen cleanliness in line with hotel policies.
• Train and support junior chefs within the section.
• Assist with stock control and FIFO procedures.
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections for timely service.
• Follow Minor Hotels standards and procedures.
