Job summary

JA The Resort in Dubai is searching for a Greek Nationality Chef de Cuisine to lead our Greek culinary offering at one of Dubai’s iconic beach resorts. You will own the Greek menu, mentor the kitchen team, and ensure authentic flavors are delivered with the highest standards.

The ideal candidate has a culinary degree, advanced HACCP certification, and 10+ years of culinary experience, including 4+ years in a luxury 5-star hotel. Strong English and a hands-on leadership style are essential.

• Advanced Food Hygiene & HACCP certification required.
• Minimum 10 years of culinary experience.
• At least 4 years in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
