Job summary

JA The Resort Dubai is seeking a Turkish Nationality Sous Chef to support our culinary leadership team and deliver exceptional dining experiences at one of Dubai's iconic resort destinations.

You will lead daily kitchen operations, ensure top quality and authentic flavors, and mentor kitchen staff while maintaining HACCP standards in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Turkish nationality required.
• Culinary Degree or Diploma.
• 8+ years of culinary experience.
• 4+ years in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
• 2+ years in a similar role.
• Food Hygiene Certification (PIC Level 3).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Passion for authentic cuisine, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Cuisine in leading daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure every dish is prepared and presented to the highest quality standards.
• Deliver authentic flavours with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.
