JA The Resort in Dubai is seeking a Turkish Nationality Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. You will lead with passion, ensuring authentic Turkish cuisine and exceptional guest dining experiences.

As a hands-on leader with 8+ years of culinary experience including 4+ years in a luxury 5-star hotel, you will mentor teams, uphold HACCP standards, and drive service excellence across busy kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Turkish nationality is essential.
• Culinary degree or diploma required.
• 8+ years culinary experience.
• 4+ years in luxury 5-star hotel environment.
• 2+ years in similar role.
• PIC Level 3 Food Hygiene Certification.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Cuisine in leading daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure dishes are prepared and presented to high standards.
• Deliver authentic flavours with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen associates.

• Drive operational excellence while creating memorable guest experiences

What You'll Bring

• Turkish Nationality (Essential)
• Culinary Degree or Diploma
• Minimum 8 years' culinary experience
