Job summary

Sunreef Yachts Charter is seeking an experienced Charter Manager to oversee and expand the global charter activity of our luxury yacht fleet. The role requires deep industry expertise, strong broker networks, and a thorough understanding of MYBA contracts and high-end charter operations.

The successful candidate will maximise charter revenue, strengthen broker relationships, and coordinate between owners, captains, crew and central agents to ensure premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in yacht charter management or yacht brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of MYBA contracts and charter procedures.
• Proficient in Yachtfolio and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote a fleet of Sunreef luxury yachts for charter worldwide.
• Develop and expand relationships with international charter brokers and partners.
• Manage and optimise yacht listings across charter platforms.
• Prepare, review and negotiate charter agreements (MYBA contracts).
• Coordinate with captains and crew to ensure yacht readiness and guest experience.
• Advise owners on charter strategy, pricing and market trends.
• Represent Sunreef Yachts Charter at yacht shows and industry events globally.
• Prepare tailored charter offers, itineraries and client presentations.
• Monitor charter performance and deliver reporting to owners and management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and flag state requirements.

Sunreef Yachts Charter is seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and highly organised Charter Manager to oversee and expand the global charter activity of our luxury yacht fleet.

This role requires deep industry expertise, strong broker networks, and a thorough understanding of MYBA contracts and high-end charter operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising charter revenue, strengthening global broker relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between yacht owners, captains, crew, and central agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strategically promote a fleet of Sunreef luxury yachts for charter worldwide
• Develop, maintain, and expand strong relationships with international charter brokers and industry partners
• Manage and optimise yacht listings across Yachtfolio and other relevant charter platforms
• Prepare, review, and negotiate charter agreements (MYBA contracts and related addenda)
• Coordinate closely with captains and crew to ensure yacht readiness, operational excellence, and premium guest experience standards
• Advise yacht owners on charter strategy, pricing, positioning, utilisation, and market trends
• Represent Sunreef Yachts Charter at major yacht shows and industry events globally
• Prepare tailored charter offers, itineraries, and client presentations aligned with luxury expectations
• Monitor charter performance and deliver structured reporting to owners and internal management
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, classification, and flag state requirements applicable to charter operations

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in yacht charter management or yacht brokerage
• Strong working knowledge of MYBA contracts and charter procedures
• Proficiency in Yachtfolio
• In-depth knowledge of key charter destinations (Mediterranean, Caribbean, Indian Ocean, Middle East, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple yachts and clients simultaneously
• Commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Experience using CRM systems and performance tracking tools
• Ability to work independently within a dynamic international team environment
