Job summary

Sunreef Yachts Charter in Dubai seeks a seasoned yacht charter manager to grow and optimise a global fleet of luxury vessels. You will develop international broker relationships, manage listings on Yachtfolio and other platforms, and prepare MYBA contracts with precision.

This role requires strong negotiation, regulatory knowledge, and a client‑focused mindset to deliver premium experiences and sustained charter growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in yacht charter management or yacht brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of charter procedures and contract terms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote a fleet of Sunreef luxury yachts for worldwide charter.
• Develop and expand relationships with international charter brokers and partners.
• Manage yacht listings across Yachtfolio and other platforms.
• Prepare and negotiate charter agreements (MYBA contracts and addenda).
• Coordinate with captains and crew to ensure readiness and guest experience.
• Advise owners on pricing, strategy, and market trends.
• Represent Sunreef Yachts Charter at major yacht shows and events.
• Prepare tailored charter offers, itineraries, and client presentations.
• Monitor charter performance and report to owners and management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and flag state requirements.
