Job summary

DECA Properties in Dubai, UAE seeks an experienced Channel Partners Manager to build, activate and sustain relationships with real estate agencies across Dubai and the UAE. You will own agency onboarding, project briefings, partner engagement and reactivation, and manage a disciplined CRM pipeline.

The role leads administrators and junior assistants supporting channel outreach, requires strong UAE agency network and hands-on CRM leadership. 7+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE developer-side agency/channel experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Strong, established relationships with Dubai agency owners, directors, sales managers and brokers.
• Sustained employer tenures of 2–3+ years and a stable career history.
• Evidence of activating new agencies and re-engaging dormant partners.
• Hands-on CRM ownership and experience leading a support team.

Channel Partners Manager / Business Development Manager DECA Properties | Dubai, UAE

DECA is looking for an established developer-side channel professional to build, activate and sustain relationships with real estate agencies across Dubai and the UAE. You will own agency onboarding, project briefings, partner engagement and reactivation, maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline, and lead the administrators and junior assistants supporting channel outreach.

What we need:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE developer-side agency/channel experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Strong, established relationships with Dubai agency owners, directors, sales managers and brokers.
• Sustained employer tenures of 2–3+ years and a stable career history.
• Evidence of activating new agencies and re-engaging dormant partners.

Relevant backgrounds include developer channel partnerships, broker/agency relations and channel business development. Brokerage-only experience, general BDM experience outside developers, and relationship-management roles without agency-channel responsibility do not meet this requirement.
