Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Spare Parts Sales Manager for the EMEA region to lead distribution channels across Africa. You will manage a portfolio and drive channel development for distributors and dealers, coordinating with Pricing, Service, Training, and Marcom teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Heavy Industrial Equipment aftermarket parts, a background in business, marketing or engineering, fluent English, and willingness to travel up to 40%. Hybrid work from the Dubai location.

Qualifications

• Background in business, marketing, or engineering.
• 3–5 years of heavy industrial equipment experience in aftermarket parts, service or sales.
• Proven track record in channel development and partner management.
• Fluent in English with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%), Africa & France.
• Understanding of generators, engines, transfer switches and related controls is not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Define market share targets and financial plans for channel partners.
• Develop distributor agreements and strategic growth plans.
• Drive performance programs, dashboards, and quarterly reviews.
• Lead governance meetings (Channel Change Board, Sales Force, etc.).
• Collaborate with Pricing, Service, Training, and Marcom teams.
