Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Channel Manager to lead distribution channels across Africa as part of its AMPS business. You will manage a portfolio and drive strategic growth with distributor and dealer networks.

The role requires a business, marketing or engineering background, 3–5 years in heavy industrial equipment aftermarket, and strong English communication. Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%) is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Background in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• 3–5 years in Heavy Industrial Equipment markets with aftermarket parts, service or sales experience.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 40%).
• Understanding of Africa & France markets is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define market share targets and financial plans for channel partners.
• Develop distributor agreements and strategic growth plans.
• Drive performance programs, dashboards, and quarterly reviews.
• Lead governance meetings and cross-functional collaboration (Pricing, Service, Training, Marcom).
• Manage channel partner relationships across Africa.
