Rolman World FZCO in Dubai seeks a proactive Sales Business Development professional to drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base and promoting its automotive aftermarket, bearings, belts, and power transmission products. The role requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to win in a competitive market.

You will identify new distributors and customers, develop sales plans, prepare quotations, coordinate with logistics and finance, and build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in automotive aftermarket, bearings, belts, power transmission, industrial components, spare parts, or heavy equipment sectors.
• Strong understanding of products, applications, customer segments, and distribution channels.
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities and achieve targets.

Responsabilités

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Identify, develop and acquire new customers to expand the customer base and market share.
• Promote the company’s range of automotive and industrial products including bearings, belts and power transmission items.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
