Job summary

Auxo Talent seeks a Change Management & AI Adoption Consultant to support transformation initiatives in the Middle East, grounded in change management practices and emerging AI adoption.

The ideal candidate will have regional client experience, ideally within the public sector, and be able to translate AI concepts into practical adoption and change strategies.

This is a 4-month contract with potential to extend.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management or organizational transformation.
• At least one client engagement in the Middle East, ideally within the public sector.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, frontier models, and AI adoption practices.
• Understanding of responsible and effective AI adoption, including risks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement change management strategies for transformation and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess change impacts, readiness, adoption barriers.
• Develop communication and adoption approaches for successful transformation.
• Advise clients on AI adoption, including good practices and risks.
• Support client workshops and transformation activities across the region.
• Contribute to adoption frameworks and roadmaps for AI and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of change management strategies for transformation and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess change impacts, readiness, adoption barriers and organizational requirements.
• Develop communication, engagement and adoption approaches to support successful transformation.
• Demonstrate a practical understanding of AI fundamentals, including frontier models, AI adoption standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Advise clients on effective AI adoption approaches, including key good practices, risks and common pitfalls.
• Support client workshops, stakeholder engagement and transformation activities across the region.
• Contribute to adoption frameworks, roadmaps and recommendations for AI and digital transformation programs.

Key Requirements

• Experience in change management / organizational transformation.
• At least one client engagement in the Middle East, ideally within the public sector.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, frontier models and AI adoption practices.
• Understanding of responsible and effective AI adoption, including potential risks and poor practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
