Detailed Job Description:

As an AI Change & Adoption Professional at IDC Technologies in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full ownership of orchestrating enterprise-wide change management strategies to accelerate the adoption and integration of emerging artificial intelligence solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass developing GenAI adoption roadmaps, establishing AI advocate and ambassador networks, and designing targeted training programs, workshops, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. You will identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases, track adoption metrics through executive dashboards, and measure long-term value realization. Working in a fast-paced client environment, you will bridge the gap between technical AI development teams and business end-users, ensuring smooth cultural transition, active user participation, and stringent alignment with enterprise governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise-wide artificial intelligence and generative AI (GenAI) adoption and change management strategies.
• Lead large-scale digital transformation and change management programmes across complex organizational structures.
• Establish, nurture, and coordinate internal AI advocate, community, and ambassador networks to champion adoption.
• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, enablement workshops, and interactive engagement sessions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience in change management, digital transformation, or technology adoption.
• Strong, proven expertise in AI and Generative AI (GenAI) adoption strategies and change methodologies.
• Extensive experience leading programme management, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise change.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, public speaking, and cross-functional communication skills.
