Job description

We are seeking a high-performing Personnel to join our AI Strategy & Governance practice. This role will lead client engagements focused on assessing AI maturity, defining target-state capabilities, and designing scalable AI operating models. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of AI governance, risk, and enterprise transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI strategy and governance engagements across industries
• Conduct AI maturity assessments across dimensions such as data, technology, talent, governance, and processes
• Define target-state AI maturity models aligned with business strategy and value realization
• Design and implement enterprise AI operating models (centralized, federated, hybrid)
• Develop AI roadmaps, including prioritized use cases, capability build-out plans, and investment strategies

AI Governance & Risk

• Establish AI governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and controls
• Advise clients on responsible AI, model risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Define processes for AI lifecycle management (development, deployment, monitoring, retraining)
• Support implementation of AI risk and control frameworks aligned with global standards

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with senior client stakeholders ("C-suite", business leaders, IT, risk, compliance)
• Facilitate workshops to align on AI vision, strategy, and operating model design
• Translate complex AI concepts into business-relevant insights and recommendations

Practice Development

• Contribute to development of AI strategy & governance offerings, methodologies, and thought leadership
• Support business development activities, including proposals, client pitches, and solution shaping
• Mentor and coach junior team members

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of AI maturity models, operating models, and governance frameworks
• Knowledge of responsible AI principles (fairness, explainability, transparency, accountability)
• Experience with AI risk management, model governance, and regulatory considerations
• Ability to bridge business strategy and technical implementation
• Strong project management and team leadership experience
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex engagements
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Qualification

• Native Arabic speaker; fluent in reading, writing & speaking both Arabic & English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on AI/analytics strategy, digital transformation, or technology advisory
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data ecosystems, and enterprise architecture
• Experience working in a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm
• Exposure to global AI regulations and standards (e.g., EU AI Act, model risk guidelines)
• Certifications in AI, data, or risk management (e.g., PMP, CISM, or equivalent)
