Black & Grey HR, partnering with a leading diversified oil & gas services group in the UAE, seeks an experienced Head of Strategy to lead corporate strategy, business planning, portfolio optimization, and strategic transformation across its diverse businesses.

You will work closely with the Group CEO, Board, and senior leaders to identify growth opportunities, drive performance and long‑term value creation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or transformation within oil & gas.
• UAE experience mandatory and experience engaging with Boards/CEOs.

The Group is seeking an experienced Head of Strategy to lead corporate strategy, business planning, portfolio optimization, and strategic transformation across its diverse businesses. The role will work closely with the Group CEO, Board, and executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, drive performance, and support long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's corporate strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Lead strategic planning, annual business planning, and performance management across business units.
• Evaluate new market opportunities, investments, partnerships, and diversification initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Lead commercial and financial feasibility studies for new ventures and strategic initiatives.
• Drive portfolio optimization, value creation, and operational transformation programs.
• Monitor strategic KPIs and present business insights to executive leadership and the Board.

Requirements
